A multi-passionate women who's drive and passion for hair has taken her places she never thought this road would take her. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking an appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total services booked to the card on file. The cancellation fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. No-shows may be charged 100% of the services booked. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We truly appreciate you respecting our stylists’ time and allowing us the opportunity to offer cancelled appointment times to other clients. 🤎
